Homemade sushi.

So I've done this before, but never with two of my favourite ladies. It was lovely. And so tasty! 
The process...

We used sushi rice and nori paper with an assortment of veggies (peppers, green beans, and cucumber) as well as the oh-so-authentic secret protein ingredient: chicken fingers. Laura made a teriyaki sauce from memory and we even rolled the sushi by hand (we only had one rolling mat and not enough patience!). We also added hot sauce and wasabi.

The finished product!
