Supper(s) of champions.

By "champions" I actually mean, "happy married couple" (happy because we are no longer hungry for supper!)
Perogies and farmer sausage with salad and, to top it all off, nos bière de choix!
Shake and bake chicken. Recipe from scratch - why buy the package when it's so easy and simple?! All you need is a few spices and flour! The recipe I used can be found here. I had half as much chicken so I halved the recipe. I also added some cayenne pepper (just 1/4 of a teaspoon but it could have had more). We ate our crispy chick'n with broccoli and brown basmati rice.
